Julie Bell

I joined BBS Law in 2015 having spent over 7 years at DWF.

As a private client specialist I advise on Wills, inheritance tax planning, probate, Trusts and lasting Powers of Attorney. I also act as a court appointed Deputy for clients who have lost capacity.

I am the co-author with Geoffrey Shindler of Bloomsbury's Trust Drafting and Precedents. I am a full STEP member and also on the STEP committee in Manchester. I write casenotes for Wills and Trusts Law Report.

I am on the MENCAP panel of solicitors and have helped clients with learning difficulties make Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

I seek to ensure clients obtain a suitable solution based on their own unique circumstances.

Outside of the office, I am a Soroptimist and keen gardener.
