We are delighted to have advised Drees & Sommer UK on their successful acquisition of RSP Consulting Engineers LLP, a leading UK consulting engineering firm established in 1987. This strategic acquisition strengthens Drees & Sommer’s UK market position and enhances their service capabilities in building services design, energy optimisation, and infrastructure solutions, particularly expanding their geographical reach in Scotland.
