Commercial Property Lawyer

We are looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer to take on work for our existing clients:

• 3-6 years PQE
• Ideally having worked at a law firm or law firms with a strong reputation in commercial property work
• Strong grounding in commercial property deals including investment transactions, landlord and tenant and asset management.
• Comfortable with working on high value and complex transactions
• Ideally with exposure to some residential and secured lending work
• Must demonstrate an ability to work to tight timescales and under pressure
• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills both in terms of being a team player and in having impeccable client handling skills
• Salary – market rate commensurate to qualifications, PQE and overall experience
• Following not required
• The successful candidate will work from our Finchley office (a combination of WFH and office days can be considered). He / she will join the BBS Law Property team which consists of 5 partners, 6 lawyers and a paralegal and secretarial support team.
• Our client base is mainly investors, property companies and retail/office occupiers.
