Property Secretary

Supporting within all aspects of administrative, secretariat and paralegal duties. Key skills and experience required:

• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Ideally experience within LEAP or InfoTrack
• Up to date knowledge of Property Forms & Searches (e.g. Land Registry. Companies House, AML)
• Familiarity of how conveyancing files are organised and structured
• Excellent IT and typing skills
• Able to communicate professionally with clients and team members
• A team player that will thrive in a progressive environment

Full time in the office (9am-5pm) with the potential for 1 day per week home working after probation period.
