Dylane is an Associate Solicitor with over six years of post-qualification experience, specialising in property litigation and dispute resolution. His work covers a wide range of matters, including residential and commercial possession claims, forfeiture, service charge disputes, boundary issues, and adverse possession applications. Dylane regularly advises landlords, property management companies, lenders, and private clients on an array of property related disputes and have significant experience representing clients in County Court and High Court proceedings. His approach is focused on combining technical expertise with practical solutions to deliver efficient and cost-effective outcomes for clients.
Dylane began his legal career as a paralegal at Saul Marine & Co, progressing to trainee solicitor and qualifying in January 2019. Since then, he has worked at Hodders Law, JPC Law, Viceroy Legal, and SO Legal, managing diverse litigation caseloads. Dylane’s experience includes property disputes, debt recovery, contentious probate, and insolvency, culminating in his current role as Associate Solicitor at BBS Law.
