Expertise
Gemma joined the Family Team at OGR Stock Denton in 2019 as a professional placement student, where she spent one year working with the Family and Company and Commercial departments. Upon graduating in 2021, Gemma returned to the Family team and is now training to qualify as a solicitor.
Gemma works closely with each solicitor in the department, assisting the team on a wide range of matters including financial remedy proceedings, divorce, nuptial and cohabitation agreements, domestic abuse injunctions, as well as various children matters. Gemma is committed to doing what she can to provide support and assistance to clients, often during times of conflict within the family, to work towards a resolution.
Gemma is currently working towards completing the Solicitors Qualifying Exam.
