Rachel deals with a wide range of complex commercial and residential property matters including advising on landlord and tenant transactions, the acquisition and disposal of commercial and mixed use properties, from chic sheds to high street units. Rachel regularly assists clients with residential investment transactions especially where they involve development or site assembly.

Rachel also specialises in property finance matters, acting either for bespoke private lenders and often working to very tight timescales, or working closely with borrowers in the refinance of single properties or property portfolios.

Acting for a bespoke lender on a multimillion pound refinance of a property portfolio comprising a mansion house, flats and student accommodation.

Rachel also specialises in property finance matters, acting for bespoke private lenders and often working to very tight timescales, and, works closely with borrowers in the refinance of property portfolios.

Personal:

Outside of work, Rachel is bringing up twin girls to explore the world and value everyone in it. She is also a terrible runner and has been known to jump over fire and into water.
