Yesha is a Property Paralegal at BBS law, assisting on a wide range of transactions including residential and commercial which includes sales and purchases, secured lending and commercial leases. Yesha supports clients and assists on transactions from instruction to post- completion. Given her exposure to high-volume casework and distressed asset sales, Yesha is able to work independently on files, communicating effectively with clients, lenders and solicitors.
Yesha’s current client portfolio is made up of individuals and companies purchasing or selling properties across the UK as well as lenders securing their interests against property.
Before joining BBS Law, Yesha worked in different organisations specialising in corporate law, commercial real estate with experience in high-volume transactions, auction sales, receivership matters, and corporate refinances. Her academic experience includes an LLB, LLM in international business law and she finished her LPC in 2023 with distinction. Since moving to the UK, Yesha has built a strong foundation in property law to be able to combine technical knowledge with practical, client-focused approved to deliver smooth and timely completions.
