Although she also deals with commercial litigation such as breach of contract claims and trust and probate claims, including claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. She is noted by clients for being professional and knowledgeable.
As she deals with clients who have suffered traumatic experiences and injuries, and the claims can take several years, Stephanie develops strong bonds with them. She is well known by her clients for being friendly and approachable which enables her to build good relationships, in order to achieve the best outcome. - Settlement of a clinical negligence claim against an NHS Trust achieving in excess £350,000 damages
- Successfully acted for a claimant in a road traffic accident claim against the Highway Authority whose motorbike slipped on a worn and defective manhole cover. The matter proceeded to trial and the Claimant beat his Part 36 offer.
- Obtained an early interim payment of £75,000 for a client who was severely injured in an accident.

Stephane has a Law Degree from the University of Chester (2014).
Stephanie is an MCILEX having undertaken her Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice.
She joined Metcalfe Copeman & Pettefar in 2014, and after relocating to London she started working with OGR Stock Denton in 2019 prior to the merger with BBS Law in 2022.
