Jeremy provides a personal service to all clients whether commercial businesses or individual clients which has resulted in his having a longstanding and loyal client following.
Recent Experience
- Undertaking the property aspects of a corporate acquisition of a major residential property portfolio from a well know property PLC
- Acting on the grant of a lease on an large industrial site in the north of England
- Acting on the sale and purchase of high value residential properties in all parts of London and Southern England
- Acting on the grant of leases and lease renewals for Landlords of a number of high street properties to well-known retailers
- Advising Landlords and Lessees on extending their leases and collective enfranchisement
Career History
Jeremy trained at Victor Mishcon & Co (now Mishcon de Reya) and leaving as a partner to establish his own practice. In 1989 he co-founded Manuel Swaden which was based in West Hampstead and joined BBS Law Ltd in April 2024.
Jeremy has long been involved in patient advocacy and was awarded an O.B.E. in the Millenium Honours list for services to Gaucher Disease. Jeremy is a Freeman of the City of London.
