Property Legal Assistant

Legal Assistant to support Partner & Team within Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing & Property Finance matters.

Supporting within all aspects of administrative, secretarial and paralegal duties. Key skills and experience required:

• 2-3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Ideally experience within LEAP and/or InfoTrack
• Up to date knowledge of Property Forms & Searches (e.g. Land Registry, Companies House, AML)
• Ability to run and progress files
• Excellent IT and typing skills
• Able to communicate professionally with clients and team members
• A team player that will thrive in a progressive environment

Full time in our Manchester office (9am-5:15pm) with one hour lunch and the potential for 1 day per week home working after probation period.

A replacement position as a long serving member of the team is leaving to pursue an alternative career path.

Salary negotiable.

Start date, January 2025 or possibly sooner.
