BBS Law is thrilled to announce the return of Holly Covington to our team following her maternity leave. Holly’s expertise, compassion, and dedication have been greatly missed, and we are delighted to welcome her back to the office.
Holly qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and has since developed into a well-respected family law practitioner with multiple specialised qualifications. As both a trained Family Mediator and Collaborative Practitioner, Holly brings a unique skillset focused on alternative dispute resolution processes that help families navigate challenging situations with dignity and respect.
Her comprehensive practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including divorce proceedings, complex financial settlements, private children arrangements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation and separation agreements, as well as domestic abuse injunctions. In her role as a Mediator, Holly provides expert guidance on financial, children, or all-issues mediation services.
What truly sets Holly apart is her unwavering commitment to providing objective and professional advice throughout every stage of the legal process. She is driven not only to secure the best outcomes for her clients but also to improve their overall experience with the family law system. As an active member of Resolution and YRes, Holly consistently promotes a constructive approach to family issues, always considering the needs of the whole family—with particular emphasis on the best interests of any children involved.
Holly’s dedication extends beyond her client work through her important pro bono contributions with the Rights of Women Family Law Advice Line, which was recognised with the Community Interaction Award at the 2021 LexisNexis Family Law Awards.
