We are looking to recruit a corporate lawyer to take on work for our existing clients:
Minimum 2 years PQE
Ideally having worked at a law firm or law firms with a strong reputation in corporate transactional work
Strong grounding in company law with a thorough understanding and experience of corporate deals
Comfortable with working on high value and complex transactions
Previous experience of group reorganisations and joint venture/ shareholder arrangements welcome
Must demonstrate an ability to work to tight timescales and under pressure
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills both in terms of being a team player and in having impeccable client handling skills
Salary – market rate commensurate to qualifications, PQE and overall experience
Following not required
Our client base is mainly SMEs, high net worths and entrepreneurs
