Having worked in the City as well as in leading regional firms in the south east, Charlotte is experienced in all manner of non-contentious commercial property matters, including lease transactions acting for both landlords and tenants, sales and acquisitions of freehold property, secured lending both with high street lenders and peer-to-peer lenders (acting for lenders and borrowers), corporate support work and option agreements for land development. She has particular knowledge of working with retail, hospitality, office and industrial space. Accordingly, she prides herself in offering a broad range of services to clients, being adaptable to meet individual client needs and offering a personal approach.
Charlotte graduated from the University of St Andrews with a Masters degree in Chemistry before embarking on her legal career, completing her studies at The College of Law (now The University of Law) in Manchester before moving to London to initially work as a paralegal and subsequently qualifying as a solicitor in 2015. She joined BBS Law in February 2024 as a Senior Associate.
