Since 2010, Ellen has worked in the Property Law sector and has developed specialist knowledge in all aspects of commercial property matters including purchases and sales, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending and both residential and commercial development (to include overage, promotion and development agreements).
Ellen graduated with a degree in Biomedical Chemistry from Warwick University in 2003 and subsequently undertook the GDL and LPC professional qualifications with Staffordshire University.
Ellen being Shropshire born and raised, undertook her training with a local firm in Shrewsbury, Shropshire and qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Ellen continued her career in Shropshire and in 2015 moved to DWF. In 2017, Ellen moved back to a local firm in Shropshire where she became Head of Commercial Property before joining BBS Law as a member of the London Property Team in 2021.
