Holly qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and joined OGR Stock Denton Family Team as an Associate Solicitor in 2019. Since then she has trained as a Family Mediator and also a Collaborative Practitioner. In each of her roles, she is committed to the use and promotion of alternative dispute resolution processes.
Holly’s practice includes a wide range of family law issues including divorce, complex financial settlements, private children arrangements, prenuptial, postnuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements as well as domestic abuse injunctions. As a Mediator, she provides financial, children or all issues mediation services.

As a member of Resolution and YRes the focus of her practice is to promote a constructive approach to family issues and to consider the needs of the whole family, in particular the best interests of any children.
Further, Holly has embraced her important pro bono work assisting the Rights of Women on their Family Law Advice Line. Rights of Women won the Community Interaction Award at the LexisNexis Family Law Awards in 2021.

The client (husband) was successful in arguing that an agreement reached in 2012 should be upheld. This meant his wife’s claim was limited to £600,000, roughly one-tenth of the amount claimed, thereby saving him approximately £5 million.
