Safiyah’s experience and knowledge of the property and secured lending sectors enables her to apply a broad and commercial perspective to transactions. Safiyah is regarded very highly by her clients who appreciate her experience and practical approach to solving challenges on complex deals.
Safiyah also advises on portfolio finance matters and works closely with her clients to meet their bespoke requirements.
Safiyah’s property clients are predominantly investors purchasing, selling or leasing commercial and residential property as well as lenders securing their interests against property.
In relation to secured lending Safiyah acts for a number of bridging lenders on a variety of different lending scenarios and has particular expertise in relation to portfolio finance. Safiyah’s clients value the clear and practical solutions and advice that she provides to her lender clients.
Safiyah trained with a firm in the North West and qualified in 2006. She subsequently worked for commercial firms in Lancashire before joining Read Roper and Read in 2014. Safiyah moved to Lawrence Stephens in Farringdon in 2018. In 2020 Safiyah joined Avi as part of his team at the new BBS London office.
