Tamara handles a varied caseload of both commercial and residential property matters, which includes acting for a number of ground rent landlords in the acquisition of both completed and off-plan developments, and large corporations on the disposal of multi-million pound residential property portfolios.
In addition, Tamara has particular expertise in voluntary and statutory lease extension work and advising residential landlords on non-contentious landlord and tenant work arising out of block management.
Tamara is commercially minded with a keen eye to detail and prides herself on being able to proficiently assess her clients’ needs in order to provide them with tailor made advice and pragmatic solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Tamara trained with Manuel Swaden and qualified in 2006. She was made a partner in 2009.
Tamara graduated with a Law Degree from Brunel University in 2003 and an LPC from the College of Law in 2004.
