Christina is always seeking to reach the best outcome for each individual client, and provides individual, practical and commercial advice that takes account of a client’s individual circumstances.
With experience acting for both Claimants and Respondents in Tribunal matters, Christina is well-versed in the Tribunal process, and familiar with litigation tactics.
Christina also advises companies on employment-related immigration matters including the sponsor license application and sponsorship process, employment-related visa enquiries, and right to work checks.

Successfully bringing a group action claim for a protective award arising from a failure to consult in a redundancy situation

Career History
Christina graduated from the University of Manchester in 2014, and qualified as a solicitor in May 2022. Christina qualified at a company that specialised in employment law and HR advice, and subsequently undertook a period of Claimant work at a Trade Union law firm. Christina joined BBS Law in July 2023.
