Claudia has extensive experience acting for high street and private banks as well as bridging finance companies in refinancing transactions. Her experience extends to complex refinances and property portfolios.
Claudia has a proactive and bespoke approach to clients allowing her to provide a comprehensive and personal service tailored to the client’s needs.
Claudia is also a qualified Colombian lawyer and native Spanish speaker.
Claudia originally graduated with honours as a lawyer in Colombia in 2000. She subsequently moved to the UK where she retrained as a solicitor and qualified in 2015.
Claudia joined Philip Ross Solicitors as support staff in 2008 and progressively re-engaged in her legal career as a paralegal in 2010 and subsequently as a trainee after accomplishing an LPC Distinction, then successively qualifying a property solicitor in 2015.
Claudia joined Spector Constant and Williams Legal (SCW) as Senior Associate in 2019 where she was an integral part of the consolidation of SCW at its start-up stage. Claudia joined the commercial and secure lending department of BBS Law in May 2022.
