BBS Law Advised Abacus Cost Management on their sale to Contollo

Business co-founders Ellis Goodfellow and Mike Perry were advised by BBS Law in their sale of Manchester based Abacus Cost Management Limited.

Dov Black led the BBS Team assisted by Elaine Hackett and Amie Stevenson.

Abacus is the first business to be acquired by Contollo, a building consultancy, specialising in mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultancy and cost management services, which is backed by private equity firm NorthEdge.

The Abacus team’s Manchester office will be retained and the team will transfer to Contollo where Ellis Goodfellow will become Chief Commercial Officer and Mike Perry will be a director.

Accountancy services were provided to Abacus by RPG Chartered Accountants.
