The BBS Law Corporate Team led by Dov Black, supported by Elaine Hackett and Amie Stevenson were delighted to act on behalf of Ashely Page Insurance Brokers on its recent acquisition of Hedon Insurance Consultants which is currently located in Cottingham, Hedon and Hull in the North East.
The acquisition will allow Ashley Page to strengthen its presence in the insurance brokerage market whilst at the same time allowing the business to grow geographically.
